Rowing Fitness
The fitness sessions are aimed at active members looking to maintain and improve their fitness over the winter months, particularly for rowers hoping to compete in forthcoming regattas. There will be an opportunity to focus on developing rowing techniques which will help those new to the sport. Training videos are projected onto the new large screen in the Members Room.
The sessions follow British Rowing best practice, starting with warm up exercises and closing with cool down routines. We will be using the Club indoor rowing machines in different modes, both individual and crew based. The five ergs can now be linked enabling us to race.

When: Wednesday evenings, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Where: Members Room (ISC indoor rowing machines)
Who: Open to all Members aged 14 and above
No prior experience is necessary—just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to take part!
