Swallow Svala S89.
The fifth newest boat in the class.
Within 4kg of minimum weight at April 2017.
Originally fitted out by Olympic sailor Mark Cavell.
Recently reconfigured by Mike Wigmore as fast swallow Gwaihir setup.
Fully encapsulated GRP keel.
Entire underside stripped to Gelcoat last winter and refinished in 4 coats Gel shield and three coats of white antifouling to the same spec of the fastest boats.

National Swallow (S43) Spindrift

The Swallow is an exciting yacht to sail and is ideal as a day-sailor. She can be sailed easily with a crew of two as well as taking three for heavier winds.
Specification: Length 27ft beam 4.6 ft depth 3.3ft. No engine
Spindrift has been stored undercover for all winters and comes with a new mast (in 2014).
The hull and cockpit floor is GRP (redone professionally in 2012).
She has a wooden deck. She comes with a road trailer.
She has been sailed regularly at Aldeburgh and has an extensive sail wardrobe.
She is available now because the racing in Aldeburgh is longer of interest to the owner.

Blue Phantom has been continually upgraded over the past few seasons and is in very good condition and ready to launch for 2014.
She was re-decked and the floor and bulkheads replaced by Harley Boats in 2004 .
In 2010 she was given a copper bottom and a new Selden mast to go with the updated rig.
She had a new boom in 2013. She has a suit of Batt sails, Main 2010,Jibs 2014 (unused) and 2010, Spinnaker 2010 and 2008, plus spare MacNamara and Hyde. There is a centre main on a Harken traveller and the cockpit controls are simple and effective. Depth is from a solar powered Tactic as is the compass. Also included is an over boom cover new in 2013 and a full winter cover. A launching trolley is also available if required.
Blue Phantom has been a regular participant in the Itchenor Swallow Fleet for many seasons and performs well especially when it is windy.
We have only been to Cowes once in 2006 and were 2nd overall.
Realistically priced at £6000 and £300 for the trolley.
