The Jubilee Room

This stunning room with panoramic views of the waterfront and jetty is optimal for an intimate dinner party or lunch setting, seating up to 20. Our cordon blue-trained chef, Ann Marie using locally sourced ingredients, will serve up a mouth-watering fine dining experience for that special occasion.

The Old Sail Loft

This large reception hall, with three sets of doors that open onto the lawn, is a versatile choice for occasions ranging from children’s birthday parties to relaxed entertaining events. Overlooking the picturesque Chichester Harbour, the old sail loft is also a popular choice as a disco room for larger parties taking place in the main venue.

The Committee Room

Conveniently situated next to the bar area, the committee room is a cosy space with a wood burning fire that is perfect for small and relaxed celebrations, seating up to 12 for a dinner party, private lunch or for smaller functions, serving as a disco area.

The Bar

With its beam-lined frame and large open fireplace, the bar area is central to the venue and provides a fabulous setting for pre-dinner drinks and canapés or a relaxed lunch with friends.

The Upper Deck

Offering a stunning vantage point across the harbour and beyond towards the south coast, the upper deck is a great choice for a summer reception complete with drinks and canapés, while you and your guests take in the beautiful coastal views.

The Lawn

The perfect setting for summer celebrations, you and your guests can enjoy delicious canapés while taking in the natural surroundings of Chichester Harbour. On sunny days we can think of no better place to stage barbeques for pre-booked functions, in this picturesque open space on the edge of the harbour front.
